These Terms and Conditions apply when you use cartvistashop.com or buy from Cart Vista Shop ("we", "our", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be 18 or older to place an order, and the information you give us must be accurate and complete. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it by shipping the item or sending a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or payment cannot be confirmed. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you have paid.

We work to describe and show products accurately. Colors, packaging and minor features may differ slightly from the images. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If an order is affected by a clear pricing error, we may cancel it and give you a full refund.

Gift cards, memberships and software are also subject to the terms of their issuers and publishers. Codes are delivered by email and should be kept safe, as they work like cash once delivered.

Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered.

Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes breaking any law, interfering with the website's security or performance, trying to access it without permission, copying or scraping its content, or giving false information.

The text, design, images and logos on this website belong to Cart Vista Shop or the parties that license them to us. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

Products come with any warranty given by their manufacturer. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, the website and products are provided "as is" without other warranties.
